    You are so tan and I have 80 lbs to lose, wishing it was 8lbs, next week I start working out with my sister, she wants to run a 5K next Novemeber. I have never run in my life...

    The majority of that is water weight. It will be gone in a few days!

    Hope you are doing well. Take care of yourself this weekend. Drink lots and lots of water and eat a ton of green veggies and that weight will be gone in a flash.
