My "No Plan" Plan


What's next, you ask?


My plan for the rest of May is....


NOTHING!


I am not going to have a structured anything.

I am going to run when I want to;

Do yoga when I want to;

Lift weights when I want to;

Sleep in when I want to... you get the picture!


Fall marathon training starts in June so I want to just enjoy NOT being in training.

Of course I will be thinking about the Portland Marathon and coming up with my plan. If you want to chat about that, check out the Forum on Runners Lounge.

  2. That sounds nice. I just wrote out my Marathon/Triathlon/Marathon (races in June/July/October)...and realized that I won't be able to follow the No Plan Plan until late October. Gah.

  7. good plan. I'm thinking that might be my plan starting next week - for the rest of May. I'm 99% sure that I'm going to do the Portland Marathon....

  8. I love the No Plan Plan. Two years ago I registered for a 12K, then a half two months later, then another half three months later. I ended up not doing the first one; it was just too much.

    So go you!
