Point and Click

No time to really post - on my way to yoga.
Ran a sweet 10 miler in perfect cool, crisp weather.

Racking up the points on the booty buster challenge. I guess no work and all play make it easy to do. How is everyone else doing??

Going to attempt to make a healthy Mexican casserole tonight! My first attempt. We shall see.

    Today i ran a sub 1 hour 10K. Just by myself. 58.52. I was happy!!!

    I like feeling happy after a good run!!!

  9. Healthy mexican is so much easier to do at home! I figure if my hubs will eat it then it tastes good and I've unclogged a few arteries

    Great job getting in the booty buster points. I'm doing pretty good too BUT I'm probably consuming about 3000 calories a day.
