Zippidy Doo Daa

Hola from Costa Rica.

Just have a minute - the event went very smooth. I zip lined yesterday - it was a blast!!!

I hit the treadmill this morning for an easy 3 miler. It felt great. I think I'm back and motivated to get running again - thank you sweet baby Jesus!

I head home Monday so regular blogging should resume next week.

    LOOOVE the zipline! Did you get to see any monkeys?? And holy hell you got helmets? We totally didn't, probably wasn't a safe place to go, but oh well..fun!

    Where were you doing the ziplining? When I went, I swear there were at least three different guys working the zipline thing that I would have stopped myself cold in the middle just to have them come out and get me. Ah, Costa Rica. How I love you.
