PS: 18 miler was great. Finished it in a 8:41 average pace. Didn't die but my toe nails hurt. Just the nails. Weird, huh?

    sometimes my toenails hurt, too.

    Great job on the 18 miler! You are amazing! I finished my 14 (longest deliberate distance yet!) and can't wait to marathon with you in october!

    Uh, oh. Check those toenails. Usually when my toenails hurt, it means they have blisters (argh!) underneath them.

    And, uh, yes, you can lance them with a needle. It does help. But. Eeeww.
