I know, this isn't good for an obsessive type, but you really have to look at long term trend. I think the fat calipers method is more accurate, but either will show improvement if you make improvements! :D <BR/><BR/>I just entered a for really real challenge *gulp*. I'll update on my blog. The fat calipers versus my Anita were quite a bit different.
