My brain has been taken hostage!
I am not sure who the assailants are,
but they've got a strong hold on that brain of mine.
I can only put together random thoughts.
Nothing concrete enough to be blog worthy.
***Running my last long run in Ze Plan for the Portland Marathon on Friday or Saturday.
22 miles.
Preparing now by doing exactly the same thing I did last long run - hydrate, eat, rest.

mmmmmm....tacos.
Good luck on the 22miler!!!
Good luck on the 22 miler. I think wine and hydrate should be closer together in that word cloud, no?
BTW, I also noticed a lot of... cheeks bouncing... at that last 5K... I'm not going to lie, it was awesome.
Good luck on your last LSD!!
I love your word jumble. Especially the 'sister tacos' part.
The next time I order tacos more than one arrives on a plate, I will definitely think of them as family members.
THat's really cute - I like it! good luck on the last long run, yea!!
sister tacos?
brother burritos?
best wishes for the 22!
Have fun with the 22 miler.
Good luck on your race. Thanks for stopping by.
ROFLMAO! I like how you fit tacos and laundry in there. Very nice!
Good luck this weekend! I'm sure you're going to do fab, you've been kickin butt on the long runs ;-)
I can't believe you only have 1 more long run and then it's taper time! Wahoo!
Good luck with the run! Then onto my favorite part of marathon training...tapering. Or is my favorite part all the extra calories I get to eat? Hmmm. Tough call! :-)
Good luck with the 22! Just like everyone else, I'm loving "Sister Taco"! I too will think of that next time I order tacos and there are 2 of them!!!
Best of luck on your run, POM! I know you'll do super!
last long runs of the training plans make this tiger verrryyy happy.
Then its a lot of rest, and pasta for the next few weeks!:)When is portland?
Have fun!
I love this thing...feeling much the same way, too much going on for coherent thoughts!!! Good luck on the run, I'll be keeping a good thought for you!!!
Hmmm, I was wondering if you're now dating your doctor's bestfriend- ha ha.
Sounds like your preparation plan is good: hydrate, eat, rest. Don't stress too much. Use all those miles to melt it away. = )
Best of luck as you prepare for the 22 miler! Once you're over that hump, it's smooth sailing to Portland!
Hydrate, eat and rest sounds like the perfect way to prepare for your 22 miler. Good luck! I'm sure you'll let us all know how it goes.
How do you get that blog summary thing again?
And I am too being myself. We all have more then one self. Art, music, literature...I would not have lasted a week at PI if I talked of such things.
But your comment, "What the F" was my favorite comment, ever. Hand down. hee hee
Good luck on the long one. You will rock portland.
Mmmm tacos.
Hey, many happy healthy wishes for your final long run. I have my final biggie Saturday.
