This is going to be quick and painless. I just wanted to document my starting point for this training season.
Sun: 10 miles - 1:34 = 9:28 pace
Wed: 4 miles - 37:18 = 9:19 pace
Those were both hilly runs so I guess I'm not in as bad of shape as I was thinking. We'll take a look back come September and see where I'm at.
I'm finally getting into the swing with my morning run. The only drawback is that it take a little more time than my old run. Just to get to the starting point of where I can run, I have to wait through FOUR stoplights - just to get to the other side of the freeway. It's a bit annoying, but I'll deal.

You're going ot be so impressed with yourself in September. I just know it!
That's a good starting point, and I'm sure all the hills will have a big pay off for the marathon!
I'd say you are on track for another kick ass marathon training cycle!
that's a great start! nice and fast too.
you will rock it. I went rouge like you for this next half. I can't handle schedules.
Looks like a great start!
Not too shabby. I'm glad you're back:)
Pretty good "before" snapshot! I think your times will drop and you'll be amazed with your speed on flat roads. Keep it up! :)
Those are both really good runs. Keep it up.
