Vacation & Sandwiches

I seriously have nothing to blog about. What a pathetic excuse for a blogger, huh?

This weekend was fantastic. Friday, I got off work early and went for nice run - beautiful beach day. Saturday I went for a nice run again! Then I hit up Bikram and the beach. Then I met friends out for a mellow dinner. Sunday I had the funnest of all fun brunches with a old group of friends I haven't hung with in a while. Of course, that turned into a day of drinking in the sun.

I'm leaving for Mexico on Wed and have so much to do. I can't express how much I am looking forward to 5 days of relaxing. But first: Pack, pedicure, escrow docs, laundry, figure out how I am going to get to LAX.

I also want to express how grateful I am for Subway sandwiches. I don't feel like going to the market this week since I am OUTTA here on Wed morning. So Subway is my go-to. Here's what I get: 6 inch Turkey on Wheat - no mayo, no cheese. All the veggies (except onions) and I add pepperoncini and jalapeno (everything is better with a little kick), then a little vinegar. That's it! So delish and filling.

You know I'm boring if I'm blogging about Subway.
Actually, there are so many things I would LURVE to blog about right now, but too many people I know read it.

Sigh...what a weekend. Wanna trade lives for a couple weeks? ;)

And I'm with you on subway -- they bring it, and they bring it strong.

A Lov-ah???
Perhaps a little bit here and there. Perhaps I keep making the same mistakes I always make. Most likely a little of both.

It kind of makes blogging difficult when all the worlds collide, doesn't it? I kind of want to retire - but I've gotten some negative feedback regarding that. So, I just refrain from spilling my guts too much online.

But seriously - same emotional place as last year!? Both of us. We need therapy. . .

I love Subway too, and I even used to work there in my collge days. I can't forgo the cheese, love it too much. But it's a great healthy and quick alternative...

Sometimes I think we are long -lost twins, fer real.

We are dealing with the process of buying our first place. Need to be out of our rental by July31 and we have seen over 40 properties! It's starting to wear me down. We are going to see about 9 more on Saturday. Our poor realtor.

I also have been enjoying the blogging break. Although I would enjoy it much more if I was doing it on MEXICO!

Have a brilliant trip! And hey, at least you still BLOG ;-). Subway is seriously amazing for a last minute meal... one of the only fast food solutions that can be easily made into a vegan meal. Yaaay!

Mmm Subway! NO WAY--- we order the EXACT same thing. Down to the no onions but everything else. Mayo is the devil and I'm not a huge cheese fan (on sandwiches).

Can't wait to hear about Mexico. I need a vacation.
