Rev. Frazzle McDazzle

Super Duper Looper Busy so Bullets you must read:

  • The title in my title is true. Including the "Rev." part.
  • Heading to Vegas (for work) on Friday. Lots of fun stuff planned though, including Pool Cabana and Kid Rock with Spicy Latina! I just hope she feels better, especially if we are going to share a room (not sure yet).
  • Work Stress = Acne.
  • Lots of freak-outs in the office. Not just me. Coffee does not equal food. That is all I have to say on that.
  • Acne + Wrinkles = Just NOT Fair
  • Crazy workout schedule this week. 2 lbs lost. But more debauchery this weekend.
  • Monday - Run & Yoga
  • Tuesday - Yoga
  • Wednesday - Run & Yoga
  • Thursday - Yoga
  • Friday - Run & Yoga

Peace out home skillets.

You should start lifting weights. It means you can eat more!

Your post alone tells me that you must be busy as hell. Hope you have a great time in Vegas.

I agree: acne + wrinkles is totally not freaking fair.

Wahoo- great job on the 2-lb loss. Have fun in Vegas (even if you're working). And I totally agree- the acne + wrinkles combo is totally unfair.

You need a spa retreat (or maybe just a good facial). Take care of yourself!!

Amen on the acne. WTF is up with that?!? I'm a grown woman! GAH!

Hang in there, it's tough with the life/work/running balancing act, but you are doing yeo-womans work on all fronts. Yeowoman?

Being busy is fun, isn't it!:) That way you don't think about the upcoming race! Have fun doing what your doing!

I swear no one told me I would get acne as an adult! That was an important bit of information that was left out of all those mother/daughter conversations. What the heck? Now I have acne (and scars) AND wrinkles too. DAMN that just ain't fair.

Enjoy Vegas! Do everything I would do and definitely do everything I wouldn't do!

what is your running schedule like now? i mean, how long are the runs?

J~Mom said...

Coffee DOES equal food. Not food that you can run on but it's still food. ;>P

Brianna said...

Poor Java, coffee is NOT food, it just makes you THINK it is food by putting a smile on your face. :)

I just put 2 and 2 together and realized that 2 of my favorite local runners will be joining you in Portland in 2 weeks. You'll be in good company, for sure!

I'm very jealous of Vegas...wish I were there. I love your blog! Training for my first marathon right now (Feb 1) and thinking I might have to add some yoga to the mix....do you find it really helps?
