Goal of the Week

I need to mix it up.

Plan:
I will NOT drink wine for the entire week (starting today). This is NOT going to be easy as I have been drinking almost everyday.

I am going back to Bikram baby (starting tomorrow). Just pray that I don't pass out and barf like last time. Of course I'm freaked out, but I will just do it half-assed to see if I can survive. Try it once more and if it's not working, then find new yoga studio in area.

We'll see if these two little changes can get the scale sliding down again.

Love the graphic P.O.M.! Good luck with abstaining. From experience I know it's hard to do but it can be done! You can do it too!

No drinking wine? Its been the story of my life. But the red wine keeps calling me and calling me and calling me. AT least you like a variety of grapes. Good luck.

Good Luck! I just put myself on booze ban during the week too for the very same reason. I hope the scale is good to you!

I love hot yoga, I feel totally cleansed when I'm done. Whenever I give up wine, I put my water in my wine glass and pretend ... yes I am that sad.

Trippy - I just vowed off all alcohol until 10 lbs shed off.

I'll be your support group :-). Well, until I fall off the wagon (I give it 2 hours).

You should print that image and tape it to each bottle! I love how you are starting with a few specific things, rather than expecting EVERYTHING to change overnight! You can totally do it.

Good luck with your goal! I always see the scale slide down when I go without booze for a week or so. I'm sure it'll be the same for you.

You're a brave woman. Both with the wagon and the Bikram. I too barfed after my one and only experiment with hot yoga. And lord knows, I start barfing when I abstain from alcohol.

Whoooooaa chica! I don't know about the Bikram. Other peeps butt juice *accidentally* flicking on me is a little much for me LOL :P Was that gross? Sorry LOL

I have been thinking about the Bikram.

Let us know how it goes.

Now I need to remind myself what happened to you last time.

I have been thinking about the Bikram for a while. Barfing, hmm that should help me lose a few over time too, huh?

Good luck, with the no drinking.

Love yoga! I had one instructor who said no eating 2 hours before class, which I thought was crazy because my previous gal suggested a mere 1 hour without eating. The 2 hour rule is a good one - I didn't see my food again (I'll just live vicariously through you on that one!), but I came close once without that 2 hour window! I'm a firm believer in it now.

A good yoga workout is sure to make you forget about wine. :)

Namaste! Enjoy!

Well if you’re not drinking wine, then neither am I! It’s a good thing I only drink beer…….

I'm with you on the wine ban! I've been downing water like nobody's business. I'm trying to beat the bloat!

Will have to try Bikram yoga. Sounds intense!
