Weightloss/Half Marathon Plan

I warned you about my borderline OCD.
Here is my work out plan - in an excel spreadsheet. Seriously. I have issues.
I think if you click on the plan, you can see a bigger version.

Weight loss challenge anyone??

How about "Moment of Truth Mondays" weigh ins??

I'll be running a half around then too. sadly, running never helps me lose weight. putting the fork down does. and i'm not very good at that.

OHHHH GAWD. I have been feeling the pressure to do this. All right, I'm taking you up on a Monday morning weigh in. I guess that means eat like a pig til then. You lay out the terms. Funny, a complete stranger may actually be the ticket. :D

I suck at Monday Morning weigh-ins. And Challenges for that matter.

But that looks like one kickbutt routine!

Can guys join?

Oh my . . .you are very good at planning LOL

I would join, but alas . . .that would require me to run more and I'm not sure me ole broken crotchy would go for it (ok that is a lame excuse. I'm just tired of doing the "diet" thing LOL)

I'm impressed with your plan. I'm running the half at Disney on Jan 12th and I just realized I have no plan other than to run it. That'll need to be remedied.

I'm up for the challenge - are we going "Biggest Loser Style" with precentage lost?

The smaller I am, the faster I run!

I can't believe you put this into an Excel spreadsheet! Indeed, that is borderline OCD.

(Here's hoping you don't somehow sneak onto my computer to see Excel spreadsheets of all my workouts -- by quarter -- for the past three years. And they don't even include the documents outlining my training programs!!!)

Anyhoo, given my waistline has somehow started to expand, I'm in! What are the guidelines? I'm assuming we need to "come clean" on our blogs.

I like your plan.... you are so organized! (not OCD - organized! ;) ) ...not sure now is the right time for me to join your challenge. November equals a month long vacation/move... which is going to equal lots of nights out with old friends, family dinners, fave old restaurants to visit, and many glasses of wine to be consumed... It's going to be hard enough to get my runs in and *maintain*!!

I'll be cheering you all on though... and possibly catching up come December!

That's an impressive schedule. Did you make that on your own? I may steal it.

"Moment of truth Mondays" hmmmmm...Monday's aren't an excellent day -- what with the weekend I often put in full of food and drinking. BUt perhaps I will join you in this effort.

I might be up for the challenge... if you can give me some tips as to how to lose weight. I have been struggling in that area!

P.O.M. This is very similar to what I did, except the plan that I used (FIRST) didn't have a run option on Thursdays.

Best of luck with the training and weight loss.

Am I the "Saraaaaaaah" in the Truth in Numbers post? It makes sense as I AM a fatty but my name has no "h" so I'm not sure. In any case, count me in for the Monday weigh ins. Given all the cupcakes I've been eating lately, I'm def over 160 at the moment. I'd be freakin' ecstatic to get down to 140. It's on!

The plan looks great.

I had to stop running for 4 weeks and put on about 5 pounds in that period.

Eek. if you are Fat a$$, what does that make me.

Official Monday start - 158
